WIN has offered its career readiness products to businesses, industries, workforce development agencies, and school districts since 1997. WIN has statewide Career Readiness partnerships with Oregon, Arizona, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Examples of the state partnerships include Kentucky’s adoption of the Essential Soft Skills credential for statewide recognition, calling it the Kentucky Essential Skills Credential (KESC), and Florida’s roll-out of the Florida Ready to Work Credential, which certifies that a student or job seeker has the necessary workplace readiness skills to be successful in the 21st-century workplace. South Carolina selected WIN Learning as its statewide career readiness assessment provider, where approximately 52,000 high school juniors and another 20,000 adult learners take the WIN career readiness assessments each spring. To date, more than 10 million students worldwide have participated in the WIN specialized career-driven courseware and education intervention initiatives as well as career-readiness certification programs.
