Valor Manufacturing offers 180 Skills courses in their skills catalog, 180 Skills was founded in 2009 in Indiana and acquired by the BERKS Group in January of 2022. Indiana and Connecticut offered the 180 Skills courses to job seekers statewide in 2020 as an online training solution for rapid upskilling and economic recovery. The 180 Skills certifications use third-party certification exams delivered by SpaceTec, a National Science Foundation assessment and testing center. The 180 Skills courses are certified by the National Council for Continuing Education & Training (NCCET), a nationwide network of community and technical colleges committed to excellence in continuing education and training.
