The Talent Transformation Guild is a non-for-profit foundation helping individuals stay relevant during periods of change by helping them understand themselves, others, and the new world of work. The Talent Transformation mission is to provide assessments, curated learning experiences, articles, podcasts, and webcasts. Its current Executive Director is Eric Shepherd, a recognized expert in the assessment field and the winner of the e-Assessments Association’s 2019 Lifetime Contribution Award. He currently serves on Boards of Advisors and as Chair of the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) P1484.20.2 working group developing Recommended Practice for Defining Competencies.
