Personal Competencies for College and Career Success: What Colleges Can Do was developed by the National Collaborative on Workforce and Disability for Youth (NCWD/Youth), in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Labor. NCWD/Youth brings together those with expertise in disability, education, employment, and workforce development in order to integrate youth with disabilities into the workforce. NCWD/Youth is housed at the Institute for Educational Leadership in Washington, DC.
