My Skills My Future is a career exploration and job search tool that job seekers can use to identify their transferable skills and potential careers that match those skills, and connect to job postings in their area.

What This Includes

● Career exploration tool suggests potential occupation and career matches based on job seeker’s past or current job and skills used in the job, or based on new career interests
● Each occupation suggested includes links to local job postings, average wages, typical education required (and links to educational training programs), and industry growth outlook
● All searches can be narrowed by location, wages, outlook, and/or education
