The EdTech Center at World Education launched the mLearning Resource Hub in Spring, 2020, to connect practitioners to guidance and resources for initiating or improving mobile learning programming for adults with English language, literacy, and other basic skill development needs. Users are encouraged to download resources and/or add a resource to the repository, making the page a de facto community of practice. The Resource Hub was envisioned by the mLearning Leadership Team, a diverse group of adult education leaders, who subsequent to their participation as Team WorldEd in the Barbara Bush Adult Literacy XPRIZE Communities Competition in 2019, committed to work together to encourage and share mobile learning strategies with the adult education field.
