Gladeo is a minority- and women-owned business in Los Angeles, California. It is one of five finalists in the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education’s (OCTAE) 2023 Future Finder Challenge, which set out to reimagine career navigation for adult learners using technology tools. It will receive intensive technical support to further develop its products.
