DigitalUS is a coalition of education, workforce, and employer groups working to remove barriers to technology access and digital skill development and training in order to attain digital equity in the United States. The Digital Navigators program works directly with diverse organizations, such as libraries, adult education programs, and workforce development agencies, by helping them build their capacity to assist constituents in securing digital access and tech support, provide foundational digital skills, and offer referrals to digital literacy and upskilling programs as well as job training support. The Digital Navigator Resource Hub was established in 2020 and is free and available to all.
