Sample materials
In 2014, the NACE Career Readiness Committee determined the seven competency areas by conducting a survey of more than 600 employers who use university hiring partnerships. They gathered materials on how these competencies were being used in courses and programming from the college and university partners, and organized those materials on the NACE website.
