Human eSources was founded in 1997 with the launch of its Do What You Are personality assessment. The company has focused on learning style inventories as well as a College & Career Success online text and CollegeScope online interactive text over the years. In 2016, the organization rebranded its K–12 assessment suite as AchieveWORKS®. AchieveWORKS® was the 2019 SIIA (Software & Information Industry Association) CODiE Cool Tool winner at the EdTech Awards and a 2020 SIIA CODie Finalist.
